Does my membership allow me to bring a guest? Can I purchase more than one ticket?

One single membership is for one single person. Every guest at Après Noir must purchase their own ticket or membership.

If I cannot come to the show, is my ticket refundable?

All memberships and tickets are non-refundable. 

What happens if I cannot attend the show?

If you have purchased a membership, you are more than welcome to pass on your ticket for any particular evening to another guest. Please e-mail memberships@apresnoir.com with your full name and invoice number as well the full name of guest who will be taking your seat at least 72 hours before the event. 

Can I buy only one show ticket?

Yes. Individual event tickets are available directly on apresnoir.com and ticketmaster.com. For discounted rates, memberships are also available in packages of 4 shows or 5 shows. 

Do you get the meet the celebrity artists?

Only Annual Elite Membership (Tier 1 Members for every show of the season) holders receive meet and greet.

What payment methods are available?

Après Noir accepts Interac, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Cheque (payables@apresnoir.com) and cash in person at Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue.

What information do I need to provide to secure payment?

Upon receipt of your invoice, Après Noir requires a copy of your valid driver’s license. 

Will my information sent via e-mail be kept secure?

All information sent via e-mail to an Après Noir representative or general e-mail is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Payment information will onlybe used for the processing of your Après Noir Membership.

Where does the event take place?

Après Noir takes places at Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue at 8440 Highway 27, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 1A5. The location each month is subject to change with notice.

What happens when there is a change to an event that I’ve purchased a ticket for?

Après Noir Customer Service Team will contact all guests personally by phone and/or e-mail to notify of any and all event changes. This includes but is not limited to date changes, venue/location changes. All other notifications can always be found immediately and up-to-date on Après Noir Instagram account (@apresnoir) and Après Noir Facebook page (www.facebook.com/apres.noir).

Is my purchased ticket on apresnoir.com a confirmed ticket?

No – your purchased ticket on apresnoir.com is not confirmed until notified. Upon receipt of your purchased ticket, you will be contacted if your application is not approved as an Après Noir Member and your ticket will be fully refunded.
