Does my membership allow me to bring a guest? Can I purchase more than one ticket?

Your approved application invites you to purchase as many memberships as you wish for your chosen membership price.

If I cannot come to the show, is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. 

What happens if I cannot attend the show?

If you have purchased a membership, you are more than welcome to pass on your ticket for any particular evening to another guest. Please e-mail memberships@apresnoir.com with the information of guest who will be taking your seat at least 72 hours before the event. 

Can I buy only one show ticket?

No. Memberships are only available in packages of 3 shows, 6 shows or 12 shows.

Do you get the meet the celebrity artists?

Only Annual Elite Membership holders receive meet and greet.

What payment methods are available?

Après Noir accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Cheque (payables@apresnoir.com). 

What information do I need to provide to secure payment?

Upon receipt of your invoice, Après Noir requires a copy of your valid driver’s license. 

Will my information sent via e-mail be kept secure?

All information sent via e-mail to an Après Noir representative or general e-mail is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Payment information will onlybe used for the processing of your Après Noir Membership.
